We strive to provide accurate and complete file conversions. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final and non-refundable, with the following exception:

Refunds or additional work will only be provided if:

• The converted files delivered (usually via USB) are missing, or

• The files were not successfully converted as promised.

In such cases, you may choose between:

• A refund for the specific files that were not delivered or converted properly, or

• Allowing us to complete the conversion and provide the missing or corrected files.

To request a refund or correction, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your files and include a description of the issue.
